The CONTACT ID Alarm Communicator has been specifically designed and manufactured to meet the demands of the Security and Fire Industry for a radio transmitter to send a greater and more detailed package of signals. The Communicator accepts Contact ID from the dialler of your control panel. This downloaded information is then transmitted to the receiver in the control station via the radio network. The 5X Communicator is capable of reporting full contact ID.

The panel communicates with the 5x Communicator by the way of Contact ID. The transmitter acts like a telephone communicator and acknowledges and kisses off the panel, it then transmits the signal on high-speed data format back to the control center.
