NEW 2.0 SECURE-COM OUT IN JUNE

All new design and features including SMS RAW DATA redundancy monitoring for backup.

In the event of GPRS failure, GPRS alarms can automatically be reported via SMS to a control room. The text arrives in raw data and is then is decoded by CMS software. When GPRS comes back on line the unit will send a GPRS restoral and all events come though the primary path, GPRS.

The Secure-Com GPRS units are supported by 5 dedicated servers for redundancy. They will try each of the 5 servers in turn when a GPRS connection is required. If this fails it falls over to SMS.

Some of the new features include

•2 ways of Connection either dialer or Serial interface (monitored at 30 second intervals) to Paradox, Texecom and Pima alarms.

• 7 dry contact inputs can be programmed to send an SMS and or GPRS custom signals

• Can be used as a stand alone system to send SMS from alarms with full contact ID

• For SMS reporting the user can supply up to 64 zone descriptions and up to 32 user names as an alternative to zone or user numbers.

• Can monitor its own supply voltage Battery voltage and AC voltage.

• 90 sec, 1Hr, 4Hr Poll rates.

•Can be used as a stand alone alarm system with siren and strobe outputs, 7 inputs, remote arm and disarm with built in keyfob, remote arm and disarm via SMS and can control a Paradox panel via the serial port using SMS.

• Has two relay outputs which can be toggled by an SMS. Each output can be configured to be a latching or a momentary output. As a momentary output the momentary on time can be set between 1 and 65500 seconds

• Pending - is the signal strength will be sent to the control room via a Contact ID string so when commissioning you can find out if the signal is strong.
